I'm hoping to do a spa treatment on our next cruise, but I don't know which one to do. This would be my first spa treatment and want to do something fun.

I was thinking of trying to get a ressie for the cabana massage, but not sure I would feel comfortable. Is it done in a secluded area?

My DH and I did the couples well being massage on the ship. It was great. It was a full body massage....no facial. It lasted 50 minutes and it was $89 each. This was one of the highlights of our cruise....very relaxing. It is cheaper to do the spa treatments on the ship, also, Castaway Cay is such a short day. It flew by so fast. IMHO I wouldn't waste precious castaway cay time with a massage when I could get the same treatment on the ship for less.

I did the spa taster and since this is your first spa experience, you might really enjoy having a little facial with your massage. It was wonderful on my sunburned face!:sunny:

My sister and I did the couples massage on CC. I know, I know
your supposed to do it with your DH but Hubbies watches the
kiddos and my sister and I relaxed in the double cabana and enjoyed the massages. There are several little cabanas, some double some single. Its a little cheeper to book a double massage than two singles and since my sister and I both wanted one we did it that way.

It is very private, you are in cabana which faces the ocean.
No people walk by or anything like that. We enjoyed the experience but I wouldn't say it was the best massage I have ever had. My sister and I thought it was a great way to spend
part of the afternoon. The view can't be beat!

I loved the Rainforest room. It was so relaxing and you feel so pampered!

I took Barb's advice and last week I had the Absolute Face and Body! It was HEAVEN! Almost two full hours of being pampered from head to toe! I will do it again on our next cruise! If I would have had the money I would have had another one later in the week as well!
Last year I did the Spa Taster and it was good as well, but I am glad I went for the Absolute this time.

My question on the cabana massage: Is it bad to have the massage and then go to the beach? I have been very greasy after both of my massages and I can't imagine all the sand sticking to me after having a massage at CC.

Thanks,
Kelly

I love to have a massage. I don't do facials...because they tell me all the stuff that is wrong with my skin...which I alredy know!!

I love the Capsule....it's the only time I can get completely away from HONEY MOMMIE PHYLLIS ARFARFARF WHERE IS THIS WHERE IS THAT GIVE ME FOOD, ETC. ETC..

I also love the foot and ankle massage and we love the Rainforest.

I think anything you do...would be fantastic. I never take the time to do that sort of thing here at home...but I do on the cruise, I take well advantage of the spa.....

Thanks for all your suggestions!

I think I will try the Absolute Face and Body and add on the rainforest room. Now if only I could get DH to join me!!
