Which software package to use to make digital cards??

I am trying to find an EASY software package to use to print out cards using digital pictures. My idea is to use several pictures from our upcoming Disney trip, put them together like a collage, add text, and use it as our holiday card. DH got me Photoshop Elements 2 for my bd and I am sloooooowly plodding my way through it, but due to lack of time and the fact that I am so non-technical, I am not getting very far. I just want to put pictures in, crop a bit and print.

Any suggestions????
