Which signature restaraunt (excluding VA) is the most formal/adult in atmosphere

What about Yachtsman Steakhouse? My DH & I had our "date night" there last September and it was very nice. I'd return there in a minute!

Shula's is not really sports overkill....my DH is not into sports but loved it there and I will agree it seemed to be one of the most adult restaurants we have tried. Thay also have a wonderful wine list and really pamper you at Shulas. We also like Yachtsman and Narcoosees.....8pm ADR is perfect for a more adult atmosphere.

We went to Shula's on our last trip and it was wonderful. I didn't really associate it with sports at all.

We did take our DD who was four at the time. But you would never have known she was there. They don't have a kids menu so she shared with us. (She loves steak.)

Anyway, they had a nice wine list, the service was excellent and our steaks were wonderful.
