Which side of the ship has the best views for British Isles cruise?

Would a Port room or Starboard room have the better view for a British Isles cruise? From the direction of the ship I feel like Port would be facing land more?

Following the direction that the ship is sailing, the port side will always see the shoreline from Dublin to Liverpool. Starboard will have the better view of the south side of England from Dover until the ship turns north. France is probably to far away for any detailed views.
