Which show at AK do you prefer?

FOTLK or Nemo? I haven't seen either yet, plan on doing one this trip, then the other on the next. Which should we see first??

Hands down the Lion King! It's a "must do" every trip for us - we love it!

We love Nemo - Fotlk not so much. I love the story that goes with nemo and I'm not as fond of acorbatics that are in Fotlk. The giant puppets in Nemo are amazing

We see LK several times each trip, never tire of it. The music and action can't be beat. While I liked the movie Nemo I don't care for the show in AK. I don't like that you can see the people who are operating the characters in the story. In MO it takes away from the story, but some people like it.

I chose Nemo--we love the puppets and the actors However, Lion King is also amazing and a must do for every trip!!!!!

For this family it is definately the Lion King. The kids will not have it any other way.

I chose FOTLK. We do it every trip. We've done Nemo once--only once! We won't be wasting time with that one again! I was looking for a chicken exit!

My DD2 couldn't handle Nemo (darkness, loud, had to sit in the nosebleeds) but she loved FOTLK.

We love Nemo and look forward to it every trip. We haven't been to FOTLK since the kids were small (youngest is now 21), it just doesn't do anything for us. From the results of this poll, maybe we should give it another try.

We love FOTLK. It is a do not miss each visit. We also love the Nemo show, but if I had to chose only one, it would definitely be the Lion King. We have seen it a least a dozen times and never cease to be amazed each time. Whichever one you choose, I don't think that you will be disappointed!

We have done both. While both are good, our whole family, myself, wife, DD and DS, MUCH prefer the Lion King Show. It feels so interactive as it's "in the round". The action, music etc. etc. It's a must do for us each trip. The Nemo show, not so much.

We saw both shows for the first time on our trip last month. We have young kids - 8 and 6 - and we all preferred Lion King over Nemo by far. Nemo is fantastic - visually entertaining and extremely artistic with the puppet/actor duality, but Lion King is simply amazing and combines the elements of song, dance, audio animatronics, acrobatics and audience participation in a beautiful and energetic presentation. And, because the theater is round, there isn't really a bad seat in the house.

The next time we go to WDW and Animal Kingdom, we're skipping Nemo, but the Festival of the Lion King is a must see!

We saw both last week, Nemo for the first time. Nemo was excellent, better than I thought it would be. However, if you haven’t seen either one then I’d recommend Lion King first.

I love the Lion King!!! I really enjoy watching the monkeys!!! Nemo is okay but you have to do the lion king!!!!

lion king lion king lion king!!!!!! i love it, the first time i saw it i was amazed with it..............i must say though that i haven't seen the nemo show yet and even though i am not a big fan of nemo (movie) i plan on seeing it when we go in about a week!!!

Its the lK show evey trip,I can not get my DS to go see the nemo show,he does not like the idea(and I agree about that) of seeing the puppet actors,I still would like to see It once we where both disspinted about takeing tarzan away.

I really like them both, but my vote goes to Nemo. We have seen FOTLK twice, and like the title implies, it is more of a "festival" than a story. Nemo is the whole story told /shown in beautiful costumes, puppetry, singing, etc. This last trip I decided I wanted to see Nemo, despite having read a lot of posts by folks who weren't that impressed. I must say my entire family (myself, hubby, 13 and 11 yeaer old girls) LOVED it!
