I need to cancel one of my ADRs.

I have to decide between Les Chefs or Le Cellier.

We are going to pay OOP for lunch. I have looked at both menus, but need your input. It will be my DH and myself.

Thanks for the help.

I have not yet eaten at Le Chefs (and I have heard it is good) but we have eaten at Le Cellier and IT IS TO DIE FOR!!! The BEST steak I have ever had!! If you already have reservations.....keep it!!! It is extremely hard to get reservations here!!!

Well we ate at Le Chefs and it was not too bad. I have not tried Le Cellier but have heard good things about it. It is harder to get into so my vote would be for Le Cellier.

We have ate both. We used to eat at Le Cellier all the time until we had 2 bad experiences then we decided to switch. We have been eating at Chefs de France ever since. The BEST Filet on property... not to mention yummy Onion Soup and desserts!! MMMMMmmmmmMMMM!!!!!!!!!! It is our must do at EPCOT every time we go. :goodvibes

I have never eaten at Le Cellier, but Les Chefs de france was my least favorite meal during our last trip. I ordered the prix fix meal on the DDP. I usually love french onion soup but i didn't really like theirs very much at all. The atmosphere was very nice and it could have just been the entree that i ordered, but i was just totally unimpressed. I enjoyed chef mickey's and 50's prime time much more than les chefs de france.

I would definitely dump Les Chefs. The food was like frozen boxed meal quality. Blech.

Le Cellier was much better. It wasn't as outstanding as so many claim it to be, but it was definitely an enjoyable meal.

I have eaten at both multiple times and the positive thing is that you can't really go wrong with either one. Le Cellier is a dark, cool, and fairly quiet (not really quiet because nowhere at Disney is really quiet... but comparatively speaking) atmosphere with terrific steaks and fabulous breads. It is a really hard ressie to get, so you may want to choose it in case you are not able to book it for a future trip. Les Chefs is a very bustling and usually very crowded restaurant. You have a chance to possibly see Remy from Ratatouille, which we did last year during our dinner there. There are traditional French dishes... chicken, fish, steak, roast, french onion soup, lobster bisque, and of course fabulous desserts. So, it really all depends on your priorities. Have fun!

We have only eaten at Le Cellier. We really loved it. Even DH who usually doesn't get too excited about restaurants tells anyone going to Disney to eat there. We are going in Nov. and DH's only request was that we got ressies for Le Cellier. There were 9 of us the last time and the server was wonderful, we didn't have to wait too long for our food and the steak melted in our mouths.

Le Cellier would by my pick. I have alway thought that the best steak at Disney comes from there. Also the bread they give you is amazing.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think we will keep Le Cellier and we may try Les Chefs on a trip we have planned with the "whole" family.:thumbsup2

We have not been to Le cellier yet we are going our next trip. But Les Chef was awful when we were there the worst food we had at disney.

I would absolutley choose Lecellier. It's a very hard adr to get, so if you have it hold on to it!!!!!!!!!! The pretzel bread alone is worth it!!!!!!

They are both good restaurants.

I think LeCellier is extremely overhyped. We enjoyed our meal there, but it wasn't anything spectacular. The worst part of our last 2 experiences was waiting over 45 minutes past our ADR time to be seated, with 2 small children who were very, very hungry. With 2 adults in your party, the extra wait shouldn't be a problem if it happens to you.

We've always had great meals at Chefs de France. It is one of the places our kids request to return to every trip. As adults, DH and I love it as well. I took a couple of friends and my grandmother there several years ago and they all loved it as well. Now that our daughter has french class in school, I know we'll be returning on each trip without question. ::MinnieMo
