This we be our first stay at the POP. I would appreicate any advice from other people who have been there in the past. :flower:

We have preferred ressies, which I think is the 1960's building. I am thinking about asking for a top floor room not facing the pool. Any other suggestions? We are light sleepers so I know the pool view isn't for us. :confused3

Thanks again! :cheer2:

I've never been to POP, but I would guess to stay away from the pool and playground.

We like the 70's especially facing the lake. They are right next to the 60's and in some rooms, are quicker to the food court, without paying extra.

4th floor, lake view should help! 50's is very quiet (we've stayed in that sec twice, both times with a lake view) as well as 70's and not a further walk than you'll have in the 60's with a lakeview:sunny:

Thanks for the help!

I may change to a regular room if codes do not come out soon. :sad2:

We stayed in the 70's on the second floor and it was quiet. We were very near the food court.

I would suspect some of the noise level would depend on who is in the room next to you. And there is not much you can really do about that. Being on the second floor kept the walkway traffic down to a minimum!

We stayed in the 50's and it was very peaceful.

However, you may definitely hear conversations going on from the rooms next to you. When we woke up one morning, we could hear every word spoken by the family in the next room. They were going to breakfast at the Polynesian :goodvibes

I think you can hear the conversations in any of the value resorts.... amazing what people talk about, isn't it?

Thanks for the update on quiet sections. We requested the 50's building for our June trip and we are really looking forward to staying there. The one complaint we had about AS-Mo was the bus transportation and that doesn't seem to be an issue at Pop!

We just got back. We had 70's building, 4th floor with a lake view. I thought it was very quiet.

same advice...4th (top) floor, lake view, 70s building, corner room - last room from the elevators, we were next to a outdoor staircase around the corner from our room #6460 - it was very quiet w/ NO ONE walking by our room. it was worth the walk to the elevator, etc.

So I need to ask for a conner room on the top floor away from elevator. :flower:

Anyone ever stay in the rooms facing the main area where the resturant and shopping area? Is there much noise there?

Thaks for the info! :cool1:

DH and I stayed in the 70's building room 215 and it was VERY quiet. It was towards the end of the building and overlooked a courtyard and the Rubix cube building. I found our four nights at Pop to be quieter than our first four nights at WL.
