Does anyone have a room # suggestion for the ASMo Toy Story Section...is one floor better than the others? Thanks!

What are you looking for, quiet or a certain view? We were in room 9912. This was in the back end of the Woody building. It was very quiet and we could see some green army men on the roof when we looked out the window. We loved the room & location. It wasnt a stunning view or anything, buts that not what we were there for. In fact I think the only time the shades were opened was the one time when I was curious as to what the view was. ;)
As for floors, request what you like. Do you want to be up high and not have anyone on top of you(potential for noise), or would you rather a ground floor, to avoid the stairs/elevator? I think its all a matter of personal preference.

Thanks for the info...is 9912 on the top floor?...we don't really care about a view...we don't spend any time in the room anyway...we just want a quiet area.

Im such a dope! I meant to post that that was on the 3rd floor.
If the view doesnt matter, then I think the back side is a great area, for less traffic and less noise...especially down the end where we were.

Then don't limit yourself by asking for a specific room. Fax the resort your request 4 days prior to your arrival and tell them "we don't really care about a view, we just want a quiet area". That gives the room assigner some latitude. If you request something specific (like a certain room number) without stating a reason and it isn't available, you may end up having to settle for a room location you really didn't want since the room assigner won't have a clue why you requested what you did. If they know you only want a quiet room irregardless of view, they may have a more appropriate location to put you in.

Hello tlt- We stayed at ASMo in Feb. and were given room #9712 in the Toy Story bldg. It was a ground floor room behind the child's play area. There is a smaller parking lot about 50 feet from the room, always open spots ,even late at night and it was great for carrying sleeping children to the room at the end of the day. Very close to food court and pool. I'd request it again.
P.S.- our mousekeeper, Max, made a habit out of arranging our kids toys in wild scenes and he also did towel animals. He went as far as tieing sheets to the lights between the beds and hanging the stuffed animals in the sling. The kids couldn't wait to get into the room to see what he did that day.

We had room #9920. It was perfect for us. Top floor (no thumping or turbo toilet noise from above.)
Corner room almost right next to the elevator, but not so close you could hear it.
The view was nothing exceptional, but not terrible. We are in our room very little anyway to care about a view.
When we return, I am just going to ask for the same specifics I did before: Corner room, top floor, non-smoking, back side. (I think overlooking Woody's Room could be too noisy.) The same room would be fine with me though! :)
I think the Woody building would be better than Buzz. At Buzz one side would be Woody's Room. The other side car/bus traffic.
I really enjoyed our stay there. Hope you do too. :)
The only downside -- the lack of laundry facilities. It isn't for the weak hearted. ;)

We were on the Woody side, on the back (quiet side), first floor. I would definitely recommend this. It was very quiet (no noise from upstairs , either). We were close to the parking lot, but had a nice view of some trees. Mousekeeping was great and very creative! Very close to food court, playground, and pool. There were five of us (2 adults, one child), so we had two connecting rooms. It was very spacious this way and the two bathrooms come in handy. At our rate of $49, it was a steal! Good bus service, too.

I made our requests (with CRO) in this order:
NS, Toy Story, connecting rooms.
They gave us first floor and we really liked it.

I would make sure it is on your ressies and then fax them 5 days before!
