Which rides to hit first?

I am a planner when I travel to WDW. Nothing has changed when planning our first trip to DL. I have everything lined up for meals, dining packages etc. but have no clue what order to hit the rides! We are headed there during a busy week. I ordered Max Pass and I’m pretty clear on how to best use it. I looked ahead and early morning hours are 7am. That is unlikely but we will be in the parks by 9am!

Any suggestions?

most people hit Fantasyland before 11.30am. The rides here are slow loading and dont have Fastpass. I usually go to Pirates first then Fantasyland, as again Pirates does not have Fastpass.

I did Pirates around 9am in June 2018, both days a walk on, but by mid afternoon, the wait time was hitting over 100 minutes!!

Peter Pan I did with a 20 minute wait time about 10am, and again that hits over 100 minutes by mid afternoon.

Which park are planning on going to first and is that the park with EMH/MM? Which attraction are on your "must do" list?

RSR tends to be the first attraction to run out FPs/MPs, but if you wait to get there until 9:00 am, there is a very good chance that the RSR FPs will already be into the early-to-late afternoon hours. If that's the case, and you get the RSR FPs, then you won't be able to get another FP for 90 minutes. However, standby can easily exceed 2 hours during the busy times of the year.

I would probably prioritize getting a FP for RSR or TSMM in DCA and Space or HMH in DL.

I prefer to do the popular ones first via maxpass. I feel like there tends to be less breakdowns early on. Once afternoon hits, and I don't mind taking my time, I'll wait in line for Fantasyland rides (generally Snow White, Pinocchio, Storybookland and Alice).
