Magic Kingdom
Pirates of the Caribbean has a SMALL drop (wouldn't affect most people, but just thought I'd mention it)
Splash mountain- smooth, but the big drop at the end might be a bit much
Big Thunder Mountain- Definitely would put you in a world of hurt
Haunted Mansion- you go dowhill backwards, otherwise it's very gentle
Winnie the Pooh + Snow White can be bumpy/jerky and you change directions quickly
Space Mountain- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Buzz Lightyear- you control the movement, so if you ride, make sure YOU have the joystick.
TTA/Peoplemover- the cars do go quickly, it's smooth, but there are a couple of switchbacks that might cause problems.
Epcot:
Test Track- this one will put you in a world of hurt
Spaceship Earth- You go downhill backwards, if that's a problem for you
Mission Space- Centrifugal force/G-force warning!
Animal Kingdom:
Dinosaur- VERY bumpy, quick turns, very jarring
Primeval Whirl- This one WILL put you in pain
Expedition Everest- Smooth coaster, but you go upwards and backwards very quickly, otherwise a great ride
Kali River Rapids- the raft/boat does tend to bump around quite a bit
Kilimanjaro safaris- Erratic driving, lots of bumps
Hollywood Studiosp
Rock'N'Rollercoaster- 0-60 acceleration, loops, twists, and inversions
Tower of Terror- Getting shot up and pulled down forcefully with a lap-belt restraint.
Toy Story Mania- spinning with quick turns. It can be jerky, but otherwise a great ride.
That's it, from what I can think of without looking at a park map. If I think of anything else, I'll add it. I have mild to moderate back and neck problems, so these are rides I tend to avoid if I'm having a painful day.
