Which Restaurants Open During MGM Extra Magic Hours?

How late are MGM restaurants open during the Evening Extra Magic Hour at MGM?

I was wondering how late you could make a PS at the Brown Derby if the park closed at 7 p.m.

My trip will probably be in early December which means it will be an "off" time. I'm not sure how it works.

According to the EMH schedule we had in January here were the options for evening dining at MGM -

EMH's at MGM were from 7pm - 10pm. I would think that the later hours now would change these times as well.

Backlot Express - until 9:00pm
Catalina Eddie's
50's Prime Time Cafe - Guest may be seated up until 9:30pm
Rosie's All-American Cafe
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant - Guests may be seated up until 9:00pm

I really wanted to have dinner at the Brown Derby. I wonder how late a PS they would take for an Evening Extra Magic Hour night??? You know, like if the park officially closes at 7, would they take a PS for 7:30 p.m.?

Anybody know?
