V&A's does not have a childrens menu but that does not mean that they will not have children in the restaurant while you are there. They do charge the same price for dinner (around 100.00 pp without wine) whether or not their children are present.
I don't think Bistro de Paris has a kids menu either.
Are you on the dining plan? AFAIK all the participating TS restaurants have kids menus. The restaurants coming up in this thread don't participate. Those restaurants are adult oriented, the lack of a kids menu is meant to discourage kids.
Somewhere above there was a list of counter services that do not have a childs menu (I believe it was in regards to the ddp seperating "adult" credits from "child" credits).
Please excuse any spelling errors, but these are the ones we jotted down to remember:
Catalina Eddies
Tuluca Turkey Legs
Cool Wash Pizza
Casey's
Pete's doggone good dogs
Pizza Planet
Sommerfest
