If you had to skip one restaurant from the dining rotation on the Wonder, which one would it, be?
Please give comments on why.

Parrott Cay. Not that I don't like it, We really enjoyed it, but when given the optin of one to skip that is the one. You can't miss Animator's Palete (especially if it is your first sailing) and Triton's is the more formal dining, PC is the casual one out of all and the one we usually replace with Palo.

I agree with skipping Parrot Cay. The menu at Tritons is my favorite, and you don't want to miss Animator's. However, if you're on the 4 night and dining twice at Animator's, then skip it the second time and experience all three restaurants.

I've never had a good meal in Triton's for dinner. I enjoy the atmosphere, just not the food. On our last cruise, we skipped Triton's and went to Palo instead. We then ate lunch in Triton's one afternoon (we've always had nice lunches there). That way, we hit them all. :cool1:

If I were you I would go to castawayclubdotcom and look at all the menus. You can find the one that appeals to you the least and skip that one. :sunny:

For food quality, Animators Palate is the one to skip. However, if you have kids, the show is pretty cool.

If you are planning to go to Palos, keep in mind that Palos is significantly better than any of the other restaurants on the ship. If I could get reservations, I would eat at Palos every night. Don't feel bad about skipping one of the regular restaurants to eat at Palo.

I would skip Tritons. I liked the more relaxed atmosphere in the other restaurants.

They are all good, but Animator's would get my vote. Maybe with all of the hype of the show, I expected more, but was disapointed with it. We enjoyed Parrot Cay, but that is just my opinion.

My thoughts exactly. The one I would skip would be Animator's also. I loved Parrot Cay - we had a great time there.

I would skip tritons...I didn't care for the food there.

You ARE aware that all the restaurants share the same kitchen?

Oh well, we were on the Magic, and I would not miss ANY night in the dining rooms. Needless to say, we didn't go to Palo.

Parrot Cay!
I thought the food in all the dining rooms was basically the same anyway. I just though PC looked like a typical place and too casual for us.

My Dh and I both think the meal we had at Palo's was one of the BEST meals we ever had - I would never pick another one over Palo's!! by the time we got our reservatins we took what we could get at Palo's and missed tritons - I loved AP - the show was great!

We skipped Parrot Cay in favor of Palo's. We ate breakfast in there, so we did dine in that atmosphere, but I preferred Triton's and AP's atmosphere to PC's.

And I was also under the impression that these three restaurants share the same kitchen, so I am bit perplexed how one would have better food than another?

Doesn't matter...I didn't like anything there...just like on formal night there is NOTHING on that menu that I care for so we are skipping that too. I would never skip the chance to go to Palo though....the brunch there was one of the highlights of the trip.

It's probably the choices that are offered on PC night.
