Which Restaurant to drop?

I definitely agree with the majority. Drop PH. For the record, WPE is our favorite QS restaurant on the property. We also love Boma.

Right now I really want to cancel Planet Hollywood and do Wolfgang Puck Express for dinner that evening instead. We are doing La Nouba that night and want to eat after the show. Right thing to do? Does anyone have any experience at Planet Hollywood?

I think that's the best option. PH isn't worth it, IMO - that's something you can do in just about any big city. All of the other TS's you listed are unique to WDW. I would take advantage of that, and WPE is a FABULOUS CS option. You get a lot of bang for your buck there when on the DDP.

I agree with the PH also Liberty Tree. Even though you get discount coupons for PH in your hotel packet, the food is nothing special. The only thing they have that's cool there is the movie props. We are going to WPE too. We will probably pay for that one OOP too. I am saving my dining credits for my character meals which are the most along with the buffets.(We have Cape May scheduled and Tusker House along with Sci-Fi, and CRT) Correct me if I am wrong but didn't Liberty Tree just get a poor health code violation?

I would cancel PH. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't memorable. Typical food, like Ruby Tuesdays/Chili's/etc. If you didn't have to drop it then I'd say keep it, but if you have to axe one I'd pick that one.

I would cancel Coral Reef. That was the one and only place I didn't care for. I'd rather forage for hospital food in the dumpster than eat at Coral Reef again. Ok, I'm exaggerating but it really is quite horrible

If I recall correctly, the PH keepsake was a key ring (or something equally trivial). Cancel PH for sure. It was so loud when DH and I went that we couldn't even talk to each other. Don't cancel Boma, unless you can get Tusker House. As for Coral Reef, we liked it for the experience (table by the tank) and thought the food was good, but not our favourite.

I would also cancel PH. It was just ok there and we thought it was very loud as well. I like your other choices much better.

We really like PH, but we love the wolfgang express rest. We like it more than the regular Wolfgang rest. Your probably better off cancelling PH and doing WGE. And like so many have already said, please don't cancel Boma. We thought we would hate it and it turned into one of our top favorite restaurants in WDW Hope you have fun!
