which restaurant in Japan?

My husband's favorite country in the WS is Japan. The last time we were there, we ate at the sushi bar (can't remember the name) and he loved it! Do all the restaurants there serve sushi? I would like to make a PS for us soon. Anyone eaten at the restaurants in Japan? ANy info would be wonderful! Thanks

The sushi bar is called the Matsunoma Lounge. Yakitori House is the name of the counter service restaurant. Tempura Kiku and Teppanyaki are the other two restaurants in Japan. Everyone except Teppanyaki has sushi on the menu, Matsunoma has the biggest selection.

You can view the menus at www.wdwig.com. We ate at Teppanyaki a few trips ago (June 01), we enjoyed it! We are thinking of going back on our next trip.

Teppanyaki also offers sushi. When we ate there last December our waitress asked if anyone was interested in seeing the sushi menu. DD looked it over but decided to stick with the grilled meal.
