Which restaurant has consistently please you over the years?

Cape May cafe

Me too....we've been there 4 times and it's been excellent or better each time.

We also have had great success with Ohana.

Us too. The size and layout are great, the food is always nice and fresh and the atmosphere is really nice. We've been going for years and love it every time.

Trail's End is starting to get on the list too. Great ribs and chicken, cornbread and sides, plus a nice ice cream bar. Great value and consistently tasty food.

I would say:

Ohana
Kona Cafe
Chefs de France
California Grill
Tokyo Dining (outstanding service every time!)
AND
Victoria & Albert's (only been once, 2nd visit coming up in 42 days) from what I have read, it seems to be the most consistent restaurant at WDW, and should be based on its price!

Victoria & Alberts, bistro de Paris, 50's PTC and Tangierine Cafe.

For counter service I would say Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. For TS, Narcoossee's is our ultimate favorite, but it is a signature restaurant. My other favorite TS would be Le Cellier.

Counter Service would be Cosmic Rays.

TS would be Jiko.

Cape May Cafe and Artist Point would be our most disappointing. Cape May because they changed the clams to plain water instead of the broth they used to be in and Artist Point because they took the buffalo steak off the menu. Otherwise they were always on our Must Do list!

Sadly, I had to take Tangierine Cafe off my list after my disappointing meal there in December.

But I still love Columbia Harbor House's tuna sandwich
Sushi and flatbreads at California Grill

It's been a while since I've had some of my favorite places on my rotation, since I've changed my dining habits for my food and wine festival trips.

Citricos is always my go-to place for great food and service! mmmmMMMM

Also never disappointed in Le Cellier, Brown Derby, or Beaches & Cream.
