Which restaruants includes the tips?

Just wondering with restaurants already includes the tips with the package?
CRT
Does the Candle Light Procession package include tips too?

Generally the 2TS "shows": Hoop Dee Doo Revue, Luau, CRT, Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

Not quite a tip, but the 10% service charge levied at CSR's Pepper Market (CS meal) is covered in the dining plan CS credit.

Hopefully someone else can comment on CP or any other meals that fall in this category.
