Hi everyone,

For my sweet 16, my family is leaving the Walt Disney World Planning to myself. They wont tell me their opinions on anything. As great as this may sound, I am having trouble deciding which resort to stay at. My father said that money is no issue, but still i dont want to take advatange, so is there any suggestions on really FUN hotels??? Thanks everyone.

You may want to hop over to the teen board and ask over there what the other teens think but off the top of my head I'd suggest BC for the great pool SAB or BW.

Best of luck deciding!:)

What a fabulous sweet 16 present! I'd suggest either the Poly or YC/BC/BWI.

Have fun!

Wow what a dad you have! I'm sure that you'll have a wonderful birthday trip wherever you choose to stay. Have you looked at allears.com to see photos and descriptions of the various resorts? It really depends on personal preference. I do agree the Yacht and Beach Clubs (you'd probably prefer the Beach theme) would give you access to Stormalong Bay, you'd have the fun on the Boardwalk nearby, and if you like burgers and ice cream you'd have Beaches and Cream at your resort which is yummy!! Have fun deciding and keep us posted! :earsgirl:

thanks for your help, i checked out the beach clubs and im really interested in the beach theme as u said. I did go to the allears.com and gotten a hearing center. No worries though, its ok. I stayed at the boardwalk hotel the last time i was there and it was really fun. but thanks for your reply. :)

Have fun and welcome! For fun try POP, or go big and go glam and go to GF, and also, check out the teen board here...they have good ideas too! :Pinkbounc

Enjoy! we're headed to the Yacht Club next week, then back to the Contemporary in April. As a mom of two girls I recommend GF, YC/BC, and maybe BW, although we've never stayed at teh Boardwalk. We enjoyed the WL and CR also but my girls are younger than you. At your age you'd probably enjoy the pool at YC/BC the best.

wow you must be soo exited to be going next week! have fun at the YC and thanks

You can check out pictures of CSR at my CSR website below. Plenty of links and info too. Happy Birthday! You're a lucky girl!!

We are! This is a get out of cold weather trip that was very last minute. I am blessed with a husband whose schedule is a little more flexible than most people. He and our girls decided the Monday after Christmas that we needed a trip after we had a lot of craziness over the holidays. It was also something like 11 degrees outside , too. :) I came home after taking my father to multiple doctor's appointments (he had a pacemaker installed 4 days before Christmas) and the girls told me that they had decided we needed to go somewhere warm, like Disney. I said, yeah, we are on April 1, they said nope, like February too! Their Dad was the one that thought of it, I love that guy! We ahve changed the reservations around in the past few days, we were at the Swan then we were able to get the YC thanks to our wonderful travel agent so we're all set, (except the packing :()
