Under my ta rate I can stay at the Poly gv for $1590.00 for two rooms, or I stay at Coronado Springs for $670.00 for two rooms.

Which one would you choose and why?

I love both but it is really hard to make a decision :confused3

Poly- love being on the monorail and I really didn't care for CSR.

How many days?
Wow, I don't know...almost a thousand dollars difference...
that's a big start on another trip to WDW. If you love both, go with the least expensive and start planning the next trip!

Poly will be over twice as much as CS. Do you love Poly twice as much as CS?

I love the space more than anything especially with both my dd16 and dd's friend16 going with us.

Hmm, let's see...one trip or two trips...guess I'd pick CSR!! Seriously, visited CSR last month and definitely have it on my list of places to stay on a future trip. It's nice in it's own right (as they all are, IMO). Granted, the girls would have a blast on the monorail, etc... but they'll have a great time at CSR too. Good luck deciding! :wizard:

Hmmmm.... need more info... how many nights, how many people, any children with you?

CSR hands down. Check out my CSR website below for the reasons why

Love CSR. I would love to stay in the deluxe resorts, but def. can't justify that much more. We find the moderates are just fine. Esp. CSR. Great pool, quiet resort. Great bus service.

We have not stayed at the Poly (though we would love to!) but we have dtayed at CSR. We always end up choosing a moderate over a deluxe b/c we cant justify the extra money. Hopefully we will be able to stay at the POly in the near future, but if not, we find CSR to be a wonderful resort so with that kind of savings, I would highly recommend CSR!!!
The theming is great, grounds are beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, the food court is great, and the theme pool is wonderful. We founds daytime naps together in the hammock outside our building and nightime strolls around the lake were really nice and relaxing. I think with the money you will save at CSR over the Poly, the CSR is the best choice! :)

How about splitting your stay? You get the best of both worlds and save 1/2 the money?

Well today my sister declined her invite due to an unexpected trial in NC, so I decided to change the 2 rooms I had reserved at the Poly to one Tower Club Concierge Room at the Contemporary.

I was told the room will sleep up to 5 people which are(me, dd16, dd's friend16, ds12 and my mom) I'm not familiar with the tc room's so I don't know if paying $998.40 is good or bad. I really want this to be a special trip for my mom which is the only reason why I choose this room.

We are only staying for 4 days then we are moving down to Universal's Hard Rock Hotel for the remaining 5 days.

Btw, anyone have any info on the concierge club level rooms. This is my first time staying at Contemporary.
I remember the the woman mentioning they serve snacks until 4, but she failed to mention what kind of snacks they serve.and if they served continental breakfast.
