Which resort with 2BDR and at least 3 real beds?

Hi!
I've been exploring at DVC purchase but the one thing that has always turned me off about DVC is the abundance of queen size sleepers in lieu of an actual bed. We are a family of 5 and I'd much prefer to have the second bedroom have 2 queen beds with the sofa in the living room as an extra option for someone who doesn't want to share or if we invite extra family or friends along.

So I'm trying to clarify which resorts have this set up. It would go a long way in terms of helping me decide what home resort to pick.

VGF dedicated 2BR sleeps 9. King bed in Master. 2 queens in 2nd BR. Sofa bed and fold down bed in living room.
I think many resorts will have this configuration. You should avoid lock-off 2 BR which will have 1 king, 1 queen, 2 sofa beds, and 2 fold down single beds (at least at VGF)

All OKW 2BRs have a king bed in the master and 2 queens in the second bedroom.

BWV has no dedicated 2BRs so Im pretty sure they have no 2BRs with 3 real beds. (And of course, Poly has no 2BRs.)

All dedicated two bedroom villas should have two real beds in the second bedroom.

All dedicated 2BR's have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the master bedroom. BWV and AKV-Jambo are the only resorts with no dedicated 2BR's, only 2BR lock-offs and PVB does not have either the normal 1BR or 2BR villas - their 2BR is the very expensive bungalows and in that case the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and a pull down murphy bed instead of 2 queen beds.

OKW, AKV-Kidani, BCV, BLT, VWL (BRV), SSR, VGF, CCV, VGC, HHI, VB and Aulani all have dedicated 2BR's so the majority have the set up you are looking for. In the case of OKW even lock-offs have 2 beds in the second bedroom because the studios there have 2 queen beds.

The perk to a dedicated 2BR at BLT me AKL Kidani is that there is a 3rd full bathroom in the living room/kitchen area. Big perk when staying with a big group!

That is not the case anymore. After the last refurb, all dedicated 2 bedrooms have 2 queens. It is not even offered as an option in the booking tool.

Actually they changed that during the refurb last year. Now all dedicated 2 brs there have 2 queen beds. The queen/queen sleeper sofa category doesn't exist anymore.

I believe this is true of ALL 2BRs at these resorts - lock-off or dedicated. The dedicated 2BRs get the third bed.

The only resorts with the 3rd bathroom are BLT, Kidani and VGC and yes, that is true of the lockoffs as well, but the lockoffs won't have the 2 queen beds in the second bedroom that OP wanted SSR, OKW, BCV, BRV, CCV, And VGF at WDW have 2 bathrooms even in the dedicated 2 BRs.
