The GF is spectacular with the Christmas decorations. I have heard that the WL is another must see resort at the holidays. Our favorite park during the holidays is MK. There is nothing like Main St decorated for the holidays.

It's all good but WL sure is special.

I think the decortations at the Grand Floridian are the most ornate and beautiful!

The decorations at the Wilderness Lodge give that homey feel, with the rustic surroundings.

I am also always impressed with the Carousel in the lobby of the Beach Club.

Try to check out of all of them while you are there!

Grand Floridian! and the Wilderness Lodge! don't miss these two! :) :) :)

if you have time, it is worth taking a stroll around the Epcot resorts too! the BW, YC & BC, also if you are at the Epcot resorts, take a peek into the Dolphin! it is just beautiful for the holidays!

have a great time! :)

Laura :) :) :)

omg!!!!!!! 16 days til WDW!!! :) yippppeeeeeee :)

The Grand Floridian by far has the best Christmas decorations of any of the resorts. The tree in the lobby is simply amazing. As of Christmas 2000, there was a real life-size Gingerbread house where they sold Christmas items and CMs dressed in Victorian attire handed out roasted chestnuts at the front entrance. The property is decked out in poinsettias and lighted white deer. Gorgeous! Of course, all the resorts have unique decorations and you really should attempt to see them all!

GF is lovely, tis true - but too too precious.
Wilderness Lodge is lovely, too, in a more woodsy sort of way.
AKL has a lot to recommend it in terms of sheer exotic - ness. The tree is awesome. And not to be missed is their gingerbread african village.
Port Orleans Riverside really says Christmas to me though, with dozens of little white lights, and sounds of caroling, woodwinds or bells.

Then there's the EPCOT resorts - If you lovely glittery glass ornaments, you'll love the Boardwalk - Decorations are over the top.

Yacht Club? Gentlemans club formal. Beach Club - beach house casual.

With concerted effort, it is possible to see them all in two days(without a car).

This is a toughie as each resort is unique and special to their own regulars. i would have to echo those who comment on the GF and our own favorite, WL. We are making a detour of an extra days' drive just to marvel in the splendor of the WL on our way to our Daughter's in Atlanta. I asked my hubby if we could swing by for a day or so and he decided to make it four nights at WL. I am a happy camper......... Taking lots of film this trip.......Disney is so gorgeous this time of year. :D
