Two families total of seven (7) for lunch at Yak & Yeti for 1:30PM. We have separate reservation at this point same time. Will we all be seated at the same table (I know Disney does not guarantee). One reservation is for six (6) the other reservations are for a two tables of five (5) and three (3). Which would you use to have (7) people sit at the same table? Seven people reservation does not show up any time.

First of all, no matter which reservation you use it is possible/likely you will not all be seated together. There is nothing you can do to MAKE that happen

Secondly, I don't see how it would even be possible to use the reservation for 6, when you are actually 7. You could be turned away if they are busy.
I don't see much choioce.

I am confused, you have 7 people with 2 families. One family made a reservation for 6 and the other made a reservation for 8 (5+3). Neither one made a reservation for the correct amount and you want everybody to sit together.

My suggestion would be call in and find out if there is availability for 7 at the time you want. Then, if there is, make a new reservation and cancel the others. This is probably the only way you will have a good chance of sitting together. In the past we have traveled with 8 and have never been seated apart, although there is always a chance.

Hope you have a great trip.

I am reading it as they have a reservation for six AND two separate reservations for five and three. So they have three reservations total. According to the ticker they are traveling in two months. (Don't know what time the reservations are for, it might make a difference if it's at the beginning of service).

If they can get one reservation for seven I think they should do that. As for the others, if you are traveling at a very busy time (not sure if that is, it's past Easter) keep the five and three, ask to be seated at the same table and be prepared to wait. If you keep the six at a busy time and you have a party of seven, you are taking the chance that the restaurant will be full and one person won't be seated at all. This is a very slim chance but it does exist.

Seven people reservation does not show up all day Tues May 22,2012.
