My knee-jerk answer is H&V, because, as another poster says, I hardly ever see anything other than scathing reviews of the food. However, if I had toddlers AND they loved those characters, it would be a must-do for me. I understand the mommy-urge to make the vacation magical for your kids. If your kids are not into those characters, I would dump H&V.
It's true that Boma is not renowned for appealing to toddlers, but you've already booked a lot of character meals. Not every single meal has to wow the toddlers (IMO). Kids are usually hungry at breakfast and are happy when you put a plate of scrambled eggs or pancakes in front of them. That's enough distraction for you to have a great breakfast at a place that is very well-reviewed.
I try to go for a good mix of pleasing the kid and pleasing the husband (while making sure I have SOMETHING to eat at the various places). I love seeing my kid happy (hence why we're eating 1900 PF dinner in January despite pretty bad food reviews), but I also love eating good food!
As another poster mentioned, you could keep them all and then just play it by ear.
