Which rental car company?

Doesanyone know which rental car companies are the most convenient for picking up a car, and dropping it off again at Orlando Airport? Thanks!

I loved renting from National...especially if you are an Emerald Club member (which is free membership right now on their website)...pick your own car in the Emerald Aisle, and at drop off return, get your reciept and your off! EASY!!!!

I like Alamo...they also are right at the airport and you can pick your car there too. Seemed very easy. They have a special $15 off coupon for any rental right now, it is D42C, just pop that code in on the coupon code line and it will take it off at the end. I just rented a Chevy Equinox SUV for $180 for 9 days, got the rental booked at carrentals.com, then went in to modify the reservation at alamo.com and put the code in. Great deal!

Ugggg...it looks like they ended the free signup promotion! Sorry!
They do have a Quick Rent feature though...as long as you prepay...it sounds a lot like the Emerald Club:

National also offers the QuickRent feature, which will allow anyone (not just Emerald Club members) to bypass the line and go straight to the car. You must provide a valid credit card number when booking online to take advantage of this feature, and there are a number of restrictions - one of them is that you can't use a coupon! QuickRent is available at 50 major airports in the US, including Orlando, Los Angeles and Orange County.

I signed up (for free) via a code on Mousesavers, under National's section - good luck. Too bad their rates are astronomical this year thus far.

I have had good expirences with Dollar. I am waiting for a discount code...waiting.....waiting. I have a feeling that I am going to have to pay full price.

Be sure you rent from a company that is actually at the airport. This saves having to ride the bus (with all your luggage) to a remote lot to get your car. Of the majors Avis, Budget, Dollar, National and Alamo are located at the airport.

Another vote for National and the Emerald Club!! Join for free through Mousesavers and then you can head right to your car and pick from the aisle of the size you reserved!
