Which queue is more enjoyable, 7DMT or Peter Pan?

Definitely Peter Pan. Although we love the ride, I would stand in line just for the queue.

One comment about your plan for PPO breakfasts - we had a PPO at Crystal Palace. We finished before park opening and headed toward SDMT (not planned, but we were done early so we figured we might as well). We got at the end of the BOG line (not sure if we actually needed to, but it seemed like the right thing since they were being held by a CM and they had clearly gotten to the area before we did, although no one was holding us anywhere - that might have changed if we had tried to enter SDMT though). I was hoping to go through the regular queue since it had been a while, but they routed everyone through the FP line. We were done before 9:00 and went straight to PP and went through the regular queue, but we didn't go through the regular SDMT queue.

PP hands down!! The trick with the spinning barrels at 7DMT is cool (and I have gotten people to spin it with me to make it work), but PP is SO much better. There are fun elements throughout, unlike the 7DMT queue.

Next trip I'm going to do PP at rope drop just to see the standby queue because of how awesome I've heard it is.

Sorry, but I don't think any of the interactive queues are worth waiting in line to experience. We RD/FP+ and move on.

Agree! I walked through the PP queue when it was a short wait (last September). It was cute, but I can't even remember what was interactive about it.

I guess the words "more enjoyable" is subjective. However, I love the PP queue now....as much as I love the ride. It really puts me in the mindset of being "in" the story, which was Walt's vision all along.

I think I would say PP as well. I do caution you that even with being in the park before opening, you could be standing in line for close to an hour after exiting your first ride. Is it possible to be at MK for rope drop a second day? If so then I would ride the second one as stand by on that day.

Oh definitely. This is 1 of 3 days have scheduled for MK. The two other days we have FP+ for both Peter and 7DMT.

Repeat Disney go'ers, which queue do you think is more fun/worth standing in, 7DMT or Peter Pan?

I am purposely avoiding FP+ for both rides on the morning we have an 8am ADR at BOG, so that we can experience the queues and their interactive parts. We have only enjoyed these with a FP, or standby when FP+ didn't exist and the line for Peter wasn't ridiculous, hence my intentions.

Anyway! I expect to be in line for one of these before the 9am park opening, and then will go to the other after we finish with the first.

I think I want to do the "more fun" queue second because I expect by the time we get off the first there will be a small line that will have formed. Or, if they are both equally "fun", which one do you think will experience the fastest line growth right at opening; maybe we will just do that one first.

FWIW, this is for Sept 4. Touring Plans puts this day at a 7. All other crowd calendars put it as a "light" day.

We did the same plan in June. We rode Seven dwarfs first at 8:50 then headed over to PP. Seven dwarfs isn't that special and has a longer line. If you are not outside after BOG by 8:50 forget it, you'll be waiting a long time. Make sure you pre-order your meal We wanted to see PP line and I'm glad we did. 1- its air conditioned, 2- more things to do and look at 3- you really feel like your on the darling residence. By 9:15 we had done both and moved on to space mountain where it was a 5 minute wait!

When we went they had use through standby but that was because it was also a Magical Morning...
