CRT is typically Cinderella, Ariel, Aurora, Jasmine & Snow White. If one of those 5 are unavailable, you may catch Rapunzel or Merida.

Yes, Mulan is available at China in Epcot; her times will be listed on the Times Guide and on My Disney Experience.

I really wish they had a character meal with surprise characters, where you might catch some different characters (Mulan, Pocahontas, Mary Poppins).

Mulan used to show up every now and then at Akershus. But I think it's pretty rare these days as they have gone to a pretty regular rotation as well.

Many years ago we did have Mary Poppins at CRT. We also had the Fairy Godmother at lunch when she used to host the dinner show. And at one lunch we had only three princesses at the meal.

We've also had great luck meeting Mulan at Characterpalooza (and that one in particular is AWESOME), but that's not a guarantee.

We've seen Mulan at the China pavilion in World Showcase, but it's been a few years since we looked for her there.
