Hi guys-
Heading down in November with DD (16 months) and need advice on which Pooh meal we should plan. Last time we did dinner at 1900 PF (she loved it!!), but we already have a lot of other places we want to try for dinner, so I'd rather see Pooh at breakfast or lunch. I originally thought I'd try Tony's, but I haven't read anything positive about the character meal there. What about breakfast at 1900 PF? I'd love your opinions.

Thanks!

When we were there at the beginning of August, the breakfast at 1900 PF was Alice in Wonderland & friends. I think the day we asked it was Alice, Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins & someone else.

I think the only other place for a Pooh meal (besides 1900 PF for dinner) was Tony's for lunch or breakfast. Hopefully someone else can verify this. Or check www.wdwig.com under the character dining heading.

ColetteN is correct. The Tony's breakfast was good in August. We were hoping to do the lunch in Nov but now am having second thoughts unless I start seeing some better reviews. Like you I don't really want to do a character dinner. I think the 1900 Park Fare breakfast only has one or two Pooh characters along with the other characters Coletten mentioned. We have to make sure we see Eeyore for dd. Tony's had all four Pooh characters. :D

Isn't there also still a Pooh breakfast at OKW? Birnbaum's 2002 has it listed, but it's not nearly as convenient a location as Tony's or Park Fare for dinner. My 10 yr. old ds really wants to eat with Pooh, so we're vacilating between Tony's for breakfast or lunch. The lunch reviews have been so dismal, that I'm thinking of breakfast. We love character lunches.

1900PF does have pooh, but at dinner time only. We went last year after they changed it from the villians dinner(which was terrific), and pooh was very good as well. We plan to go back there next week for sure. I think 1900 PF has one of the best buffets around.
