Which parks which days?

We're staying on-site so I'm wondering if it will matter. We are doing Disney on Sun-Wed, switching hotels on Thurs and having a pool/laundry/relax day, and then Fri, Sat, and Sun will be IOA, US, and SW. Does it matter which day we do each park due to crowds? Or are crowds not an issue due to time of year and staying on-site? We'll be there at the very end of January.

If you're staying onsite the crowds will be of no worry to you.
