which parks which days?

We will be going now, with free dining, for 9 days. We plan on only doing 5 park days, with DTD, resort and water parks rest of our days. We do not have hoppers and plan on going to the parks on non EE days. My question is this for the end of Aug, which days for which parks is ideal? Also we were thinking of EE PM for AK. Has anyone done PM at AK? We were thinking we could do the day, go to AKL for dinner and come back to Eve EE for Everest.
