Which parks to skip?

For us the hopper is a must, although some people are fine without it. I think we actually hopped more with the 2 year old than we would normally have on an adults trip. When she did not like AK and wanted to go back to MK, we could. We also hopped to MK specifically to go to Spectromagic. We also hopped to Epcot for dinner one night. We weren't there on a crowded week, but in the past we have hopped to switch from a crowded park. I have heard that you can upgrade once you get there if you decide you want to hop, but I don't have any personal experience with doing that way, so you might want to make sure.

If you have a rather opinionated 2 year old, (which 2 yr old isn't?) I would either skip Epcot or really plan out what you want your husband to see and spend only a few hours there. I'm going down for the first time with a child this year! I hope your family has fun!
