Which parks for Fastpass+?

Hi all!! Here is my situation. I am headed to WDW in 2 weeks!! My party is as follows: Me, my DH, my mom (55 yr old first time visitor!), my DS4, any my DS 18 months.

I have tickets that I am trying to link to MDE account as to access and pre-book FP+ (we are onsite). We are going for 7 days, arriving at Noon on 3/16 and leaving around noon on 3/22. The problem is I currently only have 5 days tickets, I am going to upgrade them the day we arrive to 7 day base tickets. (I am aware of the new upgrade policy, we should be fine to upgrade since tickets were just purchased on 3/2). So my problem is, which parks benefit the most from pre-booking FP+.

My schedule is this 3/16 Epcot, 3/17 MK, 3/18 AK, 3/19 DHS, 3/20 Epcot, 3/21 MK, 3/22 Epcot.

Which days would be the best to book pre-trip and which would be ok to book after we are back in the room on 3/16?

On an unrelated note, I saw that not everyone in a party must have a FP when using the baby swap? does this mean that I can book 2 FP+ for TT and 2 for Soarin', and everyone in my party can use the FP line?

From what I've heard, it's most important to prebook TSMM at DHS and ETWB at MK if you're interested in that. And yes, you can book two people on Soarin/TT and get a baby swap pass for the rest to come back later in the FP line, unless the rules change.
