Which parking lot is closer to customer services in disney springs?

Just found out that the annual passes we bought through Dvc must be picked up at customer services. I had thought they were loaded to the magic bands the way they are for park hopper tickets. I will avoid customer service at the parks since those lines are always slow and long so I plan to go to customer service at Disney Springs which I hope will be quicker.

Haven't been there (Disney Springs) since its been reconfigured. Not sure where it is and not sure which parking garage is closer.

I'd greatly appreciate some advice about where to find CS and the "best" garage. Thanks.

You will want to park in the newer Lime Garage. The second floor will have the escalator down to the shopping and you will turn right and should know where you are once you get to the end.

Didn't Guest Relations at Disney Springs move? Here's what is showing on the WDW website:

I'd ask once you arrive at Disney Springs, as I think you'll be making a left once you exit the Lime parking ramp. (That big structure in the picture is the Lime garage.)
