Which park to visit on a very busy day?

I'm planning a 8 or 9 day trip, and the first full 2 days fall on the Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, which is predicted to be extremely busy (according to several crowd calendars that I've checked). Which Disney park would you choose to visit on these 2 very busy days, and why? Thanks for any advice.

Whichever parks the crowd calendar at easywdw.com recommends. I always find it to be spot-on.
