Which park to do first

We are heading to US/IOA for a day likely Oct. 27th. For the most part we are focusing on things that DS3 would like however, DH and I are coster fans and would like to do RRR while we are there. Should we do US and RRR first thing or head to IOA for Suess Landing first and do RRR with kid swap in the afternoon?

If you want to ride the HR3, I would suggest going to the Studios first thing since the lines can be very long. Hit IoA later in the afternoon and since it's a Tuesday, the lines should be minimal.
