Which park to choose for FP parkhopping?

Background: We are going to MK on 9/28 for EMH and staying through lunch at 1 than hopping over to AK for night. We have the Landry's card so are flexible on if we want a sit down(RFC or Y&Y) or CS dinner. We are doing ROL dining package later in our vacation so were hoping to see the evening safari, EE at night, see Pandora at night (don't necessarily need to do the rides just want to see it lit up) and catch a Tree Awakening or 2. We have never been to AK at night so have 2 nights there, with 1 for ROL.

So originally I was going to schedule FP for AK(safari at dusk, EE and FOP or Navi) but then that means no FP for MK in the morning. I am rethinking this as touring plans and ridemax are saying even at 8 AM a 20 minute line for 7 Dwarves and PP. Is it possible to pull a safari around dusk or a little after as an 4th FP around noon? Do the lines for EE or safari go down the last hour as people are at ROL? We have not been to AK since ROL and Pandora opened so don't know how they affect crowd patterns so any help would be appreciated, thanks.

During 4th of July week the waits in the evening at EE and safari were around 45min. FoP was posted at 90 -110 min. Navi about 100 min.
Granted these are posted times, and actual wait times were probably less. RoL is not a big crowd sucker anymore. Most people see it once only.

At MK, I've done 7dmt at RD during Thanksgiving weekend. Wait was about 15 min from time to ride opened until I boarded. I was at the ride about 10 min before it opened. PP did not have much of a wait, but I don't recall actual length.

I would keep FP for AK, but that's because I have a priority on FoP and EE.

ETA: safari and ee are possible for additional FP, but not anything in pandora

If you plan to be at MK in time for the EMH park opening, I would just plan to do SDMT and PP first and second and save the FPs for AK. We've done this multiple times and had less than 10 minute wait for SDMT and less than 20 for PP. And short waits for most everything else until about lunchtime.
