Which park on which day?

We (myself, DH, 13 year old son with ASD) and are making our second trip ever to WDW at the end of July. We have four days at the parks, and plan to do one park each day. Now, my "boys" don't really do many rides, we mostly just see shows and walk around looking at stuff, and last time we only spent about 4 hours or so at each park. We are early morning people, so we plan to hit each park at rope drop, to try to help with crowds and especially HEAT. Our previous trip was at the end of September, so the crowds weren't bad and the weather was mostly wonderful. I will admit I am nervous about both of these things for this trip!

My question is this - if anyone has any input or opinions on the matter. We will be there Friday thru Monday. I am planning on HS on Saturday and AK on Sunday, because those parks have EMH in the morning on those days. That leaves MK and Epcot, which only have night time EMH (which will do us no good, as we will be crashed out by 8 or so anyway!). So, any idea whether it would be better to do MK on Friday versus Monday....or, Epcot on Friday versus Monday? Our favorite park is AK, and I think we would enjoy Epcot more than MK, though our Epcot day last time was rainy, plus we had an ill timed ADR at Biergarten that set my poor son off, so we didn't really get to enjoy it as much as I think we could have. Also, we will have to make time to get a DAS our first day, in case we decide to use it for the few rides we want to do, so I don't know if there is an easier park of those two choices in which to do that on Friday.
Thoughts?

Is either evening EMH the night before you'd be going to one of those parks - either Thursday or Sunday? The evening EMH park may be less busy than usual that next morning. There shouldn't be an easier or harder park to request a DAS, but the less busy park might be less busy at Guest Services, as well.

Thank you! That's a good point! I looked, and no parks have evening EMH the night before, so I guess that won't matter. I'm leaning a bit toward saving Epcot for the last day, because I want to ride Soarin' (hoping to get DS to go with me, he did go last time we went and was nervous, but I think he may do it again!)....anyway I can try to get a FP+ for first thing that day and not have to worry about going to GS for a DAS first. Or even just try to book straight to the ride and use the DAS for a return time, if there is already a big line at standby.

A question about FP, we've never used them before (neither the regular FP or the FP+). The website says we get 3 FP+ that we can book 60 days out. Is this 3 total, like to us over the course of the four days we are going, or is this three per day, or what? I'm assuming it's 3 per person at least, and not 3 total to split among us! But I didn't know if I had to spread them out over the few things we REALLY want to do over the whole trip, or if I was going to be able to actually book three different things for each day, which would be pretty cool!

Each guest is entitled to schedule 3 FP+ per day. After you use those three, you can then book a 4th, then a 5th, etc. in the park depending on availability. If you are staying onsite at a WDW resort, you may schedule those 3 FP+ up to 60 days prior to arrival; if staying offsite it's 30 days.

Enjoy your vacation!

and you have to book your fast pass for the same park in the same day so if you have one for MK on monday the other 2 you do have to be at MK that day the next day you can do another park.

about the DAS card you can get one at any part if you do Rope Drop go straight to Guess Relation and get one if you know there is a ride that you want to do tell then at Guess Relation and they should be able to set up a return time there for you.
