Which Park on Dec 26th???????

Maybe just maybe we might be taking a quick unexpected trip to Florida the week after Xmas. As we have APs (1st ever from July trip) we want to use them when we can.

We are considering doing 26th (afternoon/evening) at a park and the 27th (morning/afternoon) at another park and then driving down further south towards a beach area from the remainder of our time.

So which park would be the best for 26th/27th???? I know it will be crazy busy everywhere but is one worse/better than another
