Which park on BUSY days? Itinerary Help?

My family are going to be at DW for 7 days from Feb 15 to 21. Unfortunately the 21st lands on Presidents day... one of the busiest times of the year. We are looking at the following titinerary:
MK (Tues the 15th)
Epcot (Wed the 16th)
MK (Thursdaythe 17th)
AK (Friday the 18th)
MGM (Saturday the 19th)
and the last 2 days wer're unsure of whether we should hit a water park or DisneyQuest or what. We are staying at Pop Century with Ult Park Hopper Passes so can split our days if that would be better.

What we really need to know is where should we be for those BUSY days over Presidents Weekend and how should we adjusting our week to accomodate.

This is our first trip ever.

If we have the Magic Hour available to us should we start at one park even though it is listed as a busy day and then move to one that is listed as quieter after lunch?

I think that's a good idea. We've done that before and it worked out quite well. And the parks will be busy but it's never as bad as people make it out to be. FastPass really helps with the waits so as long as you use those when you can, you should be fine

We have always found that the early entry is well worth it if you want to ride. Then as you say, move on
