Animal Kingdom is my least favorite, in fact I skip the park when I visit now.
Not gonna lie, there are times I can totally agree with you. Plus the parents who are threatening their kids with, "I paid a lot of money for this vacation and You. WILL. ENJOY. EVERY. SECOND!!" make me crazy. Sometimes, I wish entrance to MK included a mandatory parenting class.I like the atmosphere there's just an awful lot of things there I don't like that have nothing to do with Disney and everything to do with the guests. Strollers everywhere, screaming babies, children that IMO are clearly too old to be in a stroller, extremely large obnoxious families who seem to think their children deserve to see the characters more thank everyone else.
I would have to go with Epcot
Epcot is our least favorite. For my kids' ages, there just isn't much there for them so it's a lot of whining and meltdowns. MK is pure magic, they are growing into HS and we do love AK (but we're also zoo members and big time animal lovers). Other than Test Track, Epcot just doesn't offer a lot for us. It's a half-day hop park for us, for sure.
As a Disney newbie, I don't like this thread, haha. Not something I want to read before my tripLol!

Wow, it makes me really sad that so many folks dislike (or outright "loathe", as one poster said!) Animal Kingdom. I absolutely love it; it's a two-full-days park for me every trip. I know it's not for everyone, but it's not a zoo! To me, I think it's important to slow down and take it all in. There are so many things you could miss if you're just rushing from ride to ride. The Tree of Life is a perfect example.
And I know that not everyone is an animal lover, but the animal exhibits and shows (like Flights of Wonder) are so well done. For example, Conservation Station is a hidden gem. You can see actual veterinary procedures and exams of animals. You can touch amazing animals (they often have a CM out with an animals like a reptile for a "hands-on" experience), and they even have a small stage by the petting farm where the CMs bring out animals and talk about them during the day. I've seen cool animals like hedgehogs, porcupines, parrots, owls, and other animals this way, and it's really fun to be able to ask questions about them and learn about them.
Plus they have such cool things like Devine. If you're rushing from thing to thing, you might not even notice her!
I wish more folks would give it a try!
