It used to be AK, but over time, that park has really grown on me. I love EE and I've found that I really enjoy walking through the Maharajah and spending time in Harambee. There are lots of little details to investigate there, so I think as I've gotten more into photography scavenger hunts (one I design for myself), I've come to appreciate AK more.

So, right now, I'd say HS is my least favorite. TOT is my all-time favorite ride at any Disney park, but that's about it. If park hoppers weren't so expensive, I'd probably go to HS and ride EE and SW, eat at Primetime and head somewhere else.

I like the atmosphere there's just an awful lot of things there I don't like that have nothing to do with Disney and everything to do with the guests. Strollers everywhere, screaming babies, children that IMO are clearly too old to be in a stroller, extremely large obnoxious families who seem to think their children deserve to see the characters more thank everyone else.
Not gonna lie, there are times I can totally agree with you. Plus the parents who are threatening their kids with, "I paid a lot of money for this vacation and You. WILL. ENJOY. EVERY. SECOND!!" make me crazy. Sometimes, I wish entrance to MK included a mandatory parenting class.

I love all of them, but to me DHS is too outdated and geared too much to the younger kids. Not only that, but there really isn't all that much to do. Once you hit the main attractions it's pretty much over for the day. We've done DHS in half a day and that's stretching it......

AK is my least favorite. I would skip it this trip except for the fact I am visiting with friends and they really want to go.

Tough one.

AK is my favorite for atmosphere, I could live there!!!
MK is probably my favorite overall.

So that leaves Epcot and the Studios. Both in need of lots of help and some big changes to make them both feel "COMPLETE". I love the Studios for walking around and feeling like you are in old Hollywood. And love ToT. Epcot, love going through the countries and restaurants...so dunno which is really my least favorite. I like them all, but if I had to pick only one of those two, Epcot might just edge out Studios by a bit. And I feel very bad for saying that :(

But Epcot just needs a huge facelift....plus new countries added and the original Figment returned, for it to be at its glory again. Its been far too long.

Hands down - Animal Kingdom. It's beautiful, got a few awesome attractions, but it's a half day park for us.

I have never been to Animal Kingdom, I would have to vote for it though. I am just not interested. I can go to a zoo and see animals.

MK is my fav, but I also really really like Epcot.

Epcot is our least favorite. For my kids' ages, there just isn't much there for them so it's a lot of whining and meltdowns. MK is pure magic, they are growing into HS and we do love AK (but we're also zoo members and big time animal lovers). Other than Test Track, Epcot just doesn't offer a lot for us. It's a half-day hop park for us, for sure.

Agree:thumbsup2 Epcot is a 1/2 day park for me as well, DH likes it more then I do.

Wow, it makes me really sad that so many folks dislike (or outright "loathe", as one poster said!) Animal Kingdom. I absolutely love it; it's a two-full-days park for me every trip. I know it's not for everyone, but it's not a zoo! To me, I think it's important to slow down and take it all in. There are so many things you could miss if you're just rushing from ride to ride. The Tree of Life is a perfect example.

And I know that not everyone is an animal lover, but the animal exhibits and shows (like Flights of Wonder) are so well done. For example, Conservation Station is a hidden gem. You can see actual veterinary procedures and exams of animals. You can touch amazing animals (they often have a CM out with an animals like a reptile for a "hands-on" experience), and they even have a small stage by the petting farm where the CMs bring out animals and talk about them during the day. I've seen cool animals like hedgehogs, porcupines, parrots, owls, and other animals this way, and it's really fun to be able to ask questions about them and learn about them.

Plus they have such cool things like Devine. If you're rushing from thing to thing, you might not even notice her!

I wish more folks would give it a try!

I loved Animal Kingdom when I was small( thought it might have been because I went the second week that it was open on my first ever visit..so maybe it was the hype.) Now...er...not so much...

As a Disney newbie, I don't like this thread, haha. Not something I want to read before my trip ;) Lol!

Hope you find them all magical! pixiedust:

Having only been twice, I can say it's a far different experience than when you go repeatedly.

We LOVE Animal Kingdom. But then we're not rushing from ride to ride. Makes me sad when I read how many people don't like it there; we spent hours there.

Epcot was probably our least favorite. We did Soarin and were ready to leave. :)

I voted for Animal Kingdom.

In all our trips to WDW we've only been to that park once for about 1/2 a day in, I think, 2004. I had no desire to even go in the first place but my DD wanted to ride Kali River Rapids. My DD & I went by ourselves since my DH elected to stay back at the resort and relax at the pool instead since he also had no desire to go. I'm glad DD & I went so we could experience it but we really didn't enjoy it and we've never been back. Maybe one day if we take a longer trip and have more time we'll give it another chance.

I completely agree! Animal Kingdom was definitely our least favorite. We have a great zoo near our home that we go to frequently. To me, Animal Kingdom wasn't much different than our typical zoo. We will skip it in the future.

I love every park, but hollywood studios is my least favorite, although its still a great park.

Just I don't feel the theming as much in Hollywood Studios, and also another reason I picked DHS is because dining is not as great quality and not as great experience as the other parks like:

MK has Crystal Palace, and Cinderella's Royal Table
EP has World Showcase dining which I LOVE
AK has Rainforest Cafe which is a great experience, and Yak & Yeti which has great food and good surroundings at night, and Tusker House which I have never actually been but sounds great.

HS does have Sci-Fi which is OK but nothing special in food quality, or anything, just like dining in a theater, same with 50's prime time cafe. Even though hollywood & vine has characters they are not actually as interesting, and the food is horrible. Dining is what HS needs to improve on, also none of the Counter Service places are great quality either, need more variety there.

Don't Get me wrong I still love HS and its an amazing park. Fantasmic is my favorite show in all of disney because I can get wet.

Also I thought I should include how log I spend in each park even though its not very relevant, others do it:

Magic Kingdom: 1 full day from 9am to 10pm, and 2 half days from 9am to 5pm

Epcot: 1 full day from 9am to 9pm, and 1 half day from 3pm to 9pm

Hollywood Studios: depends on how many days I am at Disney for. If I go for 7 nights which I usually do, 1 full day from 9am to 9pm. If I go for 8 nights which is rare I spend 1 day from 9am to 5pm and 1 day from 2pm to 9pm.

Animal Kingdom: 1 day from 11am to 8pm (I make my ADR at park closing), and 1 day from 9am to 3pm.

I love AK as well, but don't say you want more people to try it, you will make the park more crowded, a great part of it is because it has less capacity. Its the biggest park in size and smallest in people.

I voted "none of them"

If you'd have asked me this before my last trip two years ago, I would have said Epcot. Before my last trip, I hadn't been since I was about 12 (I was 27 at the time of my last visit) and back then I disliked it immensely. As a kid I lived for rides and since Epcot really only has a few rides throughout the park, I got bored really quickly and wasn't quite old enough to appreciate the awesomeness that is the World Showcase. I just saw it as "walking through a bunch of countries...BOOOORRRRIIINNNG," but when my vote was vetoed for visiting Animal Kingdom as one of our three park days, I begrudgingly went to Epcot and fell in love. It's now one of my favourites and will now be a "must do" park on any future trips.

AK got my vote. It is SOOOO hot, crowded and spread out. We picked a BAD day to visit, it was like being in a frying pan. No animals out, attraction lines (ones that DD and DS could ride) were long and it became impossible to see any of the shows. ITTBAB freaked me and the kids out! People were hot, tired and rude. Not our park!

We will try it again in Aug. but I am not holding my breath!

Hands down AK. We've actually started making it an every other year park for us and alternate it with the water parks. The best part about AK, is that for us it's only a 1/2 day park, so it's kinda nice to look forward to sleeping in late or getting back early and resting.

My kids on the other hand, don't really like Epcot and they would say that Epcot is for sure their least favorite park. It's my second favorite park though. I just really like the atmosphere there.
