Which park is best for a late start?

We'll be visiting DL for our second time in August for 3.5 days. We should make it to the parks around noon on our first day. With the current state of things, which park would be better to start at? I've never done DL without Maxpass or since Galaxy's Edge, so I'm not sure what the best strategy is to minimize the crowds.

I'm going in August. Last time I went I think I would have chosen DCA, but Avengers Campus will be opened by then so that throws things off

We will be in the same situation in September. That first half day I plan on going to whichever park is open later. Have a nice vacation!

When we have an arrival day that includes the Parks, we always go to DCA. The first walk down Main Street, USA must be done in the morning for us. Just a thought. Have fun!
