Which park for arrival day on good Fri

We are doing our 3rd trip this upcoming Spring break. We have done spring break each time before so know it's super busy and come with a plan before hand. First year we did 1/2 day Epcot on arrival. It sucked as no FP+ so no rides really at all expect one with. 1.5 hr wait. I liked doing a park day of arrival because that let us do DTD midweek and we weren't stressed about making our itinerary for the day.

Last year we did DTD on arrival day but really missed the "down time" day and felt the week was just hustle and bustle

So... We are going to do a park Arrival day. It is good Friday. Josh has Epcot has park to avoid. Which parks are good 1/2 day afternoon parks? Obviously we will be doing FP+. I'm still thinking Epcot as it's not a fave.

Any advice?

Josh didn't recommend Epcot for good reason. In addition to it being hellaciously crowded, it has evening EMH. I'd go with his recommended park. DHS is open til 9:30, with a second F! at 10:00. You could use your 3 FPs and then catch a couple of shows before you got in line for the second F.
