Which park first...

let me explain further. My family is doing the Disney Land/Sea package during President's Week in a few weeks. However we will be heading down a few days early so we can do other things. We have one day left on our multi day Universal Escape passes. Therefore we are going to Universal on the Saturday before Pres. Day. I know the crowds will be HEAVY, so my situation is this...We want to spend the majority of our time at IOA. However, we have never done Men in Black at USF and MUST do it. With the crowd situation, would those of you in the know recommend heading to USF first and conquering MIB and anything else we choose to do, and then heding to IOA for the remainder of the day? Or maybe, switch it around and do things in reverse order? Am I correct in assuming we have FOTL access because of our multi-day passes for the first couple of hours? How does that impact our decision? Thanks for listening (and hopefully responding!). <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

If you must do MiB, I would hit that first as soon as the park opens. Otherwise, you may hit a 20-30 minute wait. Do it first so you can ride it several times. You can hang around USF or go to IOA. IOA tends to get busy during the afternoon, especially around Marvel Super Hero Island and Seuss Landing.
