Absolutely MK! It is visually symbolic of all things Disney! Nothing says "I've arrived in Walt Disney World" than strolling down Main Street and seeing Cinderella Castle. I would suggest getting there for rope drop and seeing the opening show. The first time I saw it I cried. It was so overwhelmingly magical and happy!
I don't agree that all other parks will pale in comparison. In fact, we like EP best! All of the parks are very different and offer different experiences, but none say "Disney" more than MK. I would definitely start there!
