Which park do you go to first, why?

Which park do you normally tour first, US or IOA?

We have no set pattern. Usually I ask DS what ride he wants to ride first. If he has not driven us nuts on the drive down and has done what was expected of him, we defer to his wishes.

I go to IOA first to ride Hulk, Spiderman and Dueling Dragons. After lunch, I head to the Studios to ROTM and MIB.

We usually head to IOA first.... we are a family of thrill seekers so that park makes the most sense for us. You can't go wrong either way so enjoy and have fun!

IOA because of Seuss Landing. If there are no kids with us, still IOA because of Hulk.

We always do US first. It was all that was there when we started going and of course the original is always the best!!!!!!!

In fact this past summer we were talking about what it was like on that first trip. We drove right up to the park, passed the big silver Universal globe. I have pictures of it somewhere. I'll get it scanned and try to get it loaded next week if anyone would like to see it.

We even ate dinner at the HRC back when it was in the building that is where the Curious George playground is. Oh the memories!

We do US first...We kind of consider it our "home" park. And we are all excited because we will be there in 5 days!

We haven't been yet but will be there 1 week from today for our first US & IOA trip. Our first day in the parks is Monday and DH & I are going to do US that day, Tuesday we are doing IOA snd Wednesday we will probably do both depending on what rides we like. We will be heading home on Thursday.

I always head for Universal Studios first, just because it is my favorite park. I hit MIB and Mummy first because I can't get enough of those two rides.

Thats usually our policy as well. However we have two kids though. On the past few trips the 1st requested ride has been MIB.

The studios first because that is my husband's favorite park in the whole world! He can ride MIB all day long

IOA is my favorite, though.

IOA...and DH giggles like a little girl while he waits in line for the Hulk, while I clutch my stomach and wonder how long it will take it to go back to normal after I throw up.

i go to US first as i always stay at hrh.

it's a very short walk.............too excited to walk any further when i first check in at the hotel. check in, run to the park that is closest.
