Which park days?

So we will be checking into GCH on Sunday Aug 23 and checking out Aug 28th. We have 3 days hoppers. We will not go to a park on the Sunday as we will be attending a Angels/Jays game (boys are pretty excited this actually worked out at same time we're here!) I know we will have early entry based on the fact that we're staying onsite and that we have 3 days hoppers. Which days make sense to go to parks? We haven't been in 3 years. Kids are 4,9,10. We are early risers so we can handle getting up early then taking a break then hopping.
Help me get my head around which park to start at on each day and which day to take off as our shopping day!

It really doesn't matter which day to take off for shopping/enjoying the resort.
If you want more EMH time in DCA, go Mon (start in DCA), Wed (start in DCA) and start in DL on Thurs. You can do the shopping on Tuesday. Or...if you want to experience DL EMH more, go Mon (DCA), Tue (DL) and Thurs (DL)...taking your break on Wednesday.
