FWIW.....we just had our contrat sent off to ROFR for a BLT 165pts. Thank you for all the help here and suggestions.
In the end it simply wasn't worth the hassle to book SSR when we knew we mostly wanted to stay at BLT. When you put it all down
on paper there just wasn't enough price difference to matter. Thanks everybody!!!!

So far, my experience has been very good! I'm waiting on ROFR and just signed and returned the Open Escrow paperwork. The team and title company has kept me informed at every step. Nick was the first person I talked to when I placed my offer, and he was super fast in submitting my offer to the seller and getting back to me. I've been working with Kristina for the contract paperwork and Nancy at the title company, and both have been really communicative.

I got Jodi when I called to ask some questions. She was very nice and informative as well....to the point that I was really hoping it worked out to use them/her. After doing my homework that's where I ended up. Kristina must handle all the paperwork afterwards because she's handling mine as well. Good to hear they keep up the communication, been very impressed so far as well. Good luck back at ya!

We own where we want to stay. We usually book home resort 11 months out & know we'll be perfectly happy staying there. Then at 7 months if we want to stay at a different resort we'll switch if there's availability. We have also come to enjoy a split stay some trips. Our kids are old enough to pack themselves & willing to live more out of their suitcase to make it easy. We never have a car. Disney moves everything for use including whatever's in our fridge & we've never had a problem. Our stuff arrives COLD & in perfect condition. We even moved a specialty cake we hadn't finished & it arrived in perfect condition.

BWV at the weekend for SWW or Christmas time so we can walk there then move to VWL to spend more time at MK & because the boat ride is divine.

Any other resort & then last few days at AKV where we'll spend less time in the parks. We'll wind down by the pool, recover from the parks, enjoy the resort, & go home more relaxed.
