Which Option to choose when calling WDW?

I would like to call to see if I have a PIN attached to my name, but I am not sure which option to choose with the automated response. Would like to know what other people choose when they call for this specific reason?

Automated services are a pet peeve of mine I just press '0' to cut out all the menu options and get to a CM pretty quickly and they check for a pin for me.
