Ok, I can only pick two of these places to go on our October Trip. Which TWO would you choose? Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party, Animal Kingdom, or Hollywood Studios? Which one would you leave out.

It will be me, my husband, my 4 kids (DD-4, DS-7, DD-9 & DD9) my mom and my neice (18)

THanks for your help!! And we are NOT doing parkhoppers, so we cannot do both in one day. So ONE of these HAVE to be left out :guilty:

hmmm.... well probably my least favorite park (least favorite but I still like it) is the Hollywood studios... and I LOVE mnsshp and think its totally worth the extra money, but if it meant I had to cut out a whole park to go, I'm not sure about that... You do know you can actually park hop the day you do the party though, right? It counts as seperate admission and you don't have to have a park hopper so you could do HS during the day and then go to the party at night?? Would that work?

No, it's not that - it's the money. We are either going to spend extra on going to those two parks or going to one of them and to MNSSHP. Just trying to see which people would rather do if it was their choice. Thanks!

Oh and FYI - we are definately doing MK and Epcot! It's just those three that we are just going to pick two out of.

ok, so you are NOT going to spend the morning of the party in a park then?? just wanting to make sure that I was clear in my explanation :goodvibes I was just thinking that if your plan was to spend the morning in the parks and then go to the party, you can go to any park that morning that you want - it doesn't count as park hopping.

But if your plan is to only go to the magic kingdom the day of the party and no other day, or if you aren't going to the parks that day at all until the party, then that won't work because it will cost more :upsidedow

Anyway, to answer your question, with your age of kids, I would probably skip animal kingdom, everest is super cool, but there are few more super cool rides at HS... I think your kids would really enjoy the mnsshp, but everyone is different, you never know

Good luck choosing!

Yes, we are going to Orlando for 7 days. 4 of those days we can do stuff at Disney World, but due to finances, we are either going to do 4 days at the parks (one day MK, one day Epcot, one day AK, and one day HS) or go 3 days (1-MK, 1-Epcot and 1 either AK or HS) and leave out eitehr AK or HS and do MNSSHP. We can't afford to do 4 full days at a park AND MNSSHP, nor do I really want to do that time wise. So, it's either 3 full days at parks and MNSSHP or 4 full days at parks.

Thanks for the help! I am so torn with this.

I would not give up a full day in the park for the party. I would do one day in each park and drop the party. You can not get into the party till at least 4:00 and you will be able to see the MK on you MK park day!

I would definitely skip the party. There is so much to see and do and enjoy in the parks that I wouldn't ever give up a day in one of them for it. It would be a really easy choice for me. Good luck and have fun on your trip!

I would skip the party and do all four parks. If you really wanted to go to the party, the cost would be only an additional $38 to do a park for that last day for all of you. That is less than even one party tickets. So skip the party and use the extra money on more fun for the kids. The party costs so much more than tickets sometime.... maybe the kids want to wear costumes or it involves paying for an additional suitcase to bring those costumes.
