Because of our tight budget, I am going to be using RSG on skyauction to book our lodging. I have narrowed it down to two of the choices they gave me. I can't seem to pick from them though. It seems like the quality of these places depends on whether or not you are in a new or old section. If you had a choice of Summer Bay or Fairfield Orlando at Cypress Palms... which would you pick and why?

Summer bay -


No offense Fairfield owners - but Fairfield can be strange - they consider a 1-bedroom without a kitchen to still be a 1-bedroom - I don't.

Summer bay - you get what was advertised.

Spiceycat -- I went to reserve the room at Summer Bay and it is gone already These are the choices left:

Club Sevilla
Fairfield Orlando at Cypress Palms
High Point World Resort
Vacation Villiage at Parkway
Villas at Fortune Place

Now what should I pick or should I just win (hopefully) the auction and wait for Summer Bay to come back on?

Fairfield Orlando at Cypress Palms (just beware of their 1-bedroom - if you get one with a kitchen - ask for another one)
High Point World Resort
Villas At Fortune Place

Spiceycat -- thanks so much. I have one more question... Does TUG suggest Vacation Village over Summer Bay? Should I wait for Summer Bay to come back or does Vacation Village have just as good of ratings?

I am surprise - Vacation Village at Parkway has better ratings and reviews than Summer Bay -

It has definitely moved up on my list!
